PETROL - E10
the UK Government has introduced E10 petrol, which contains up to 10% renewable Ethanol, which is added to reduce CO2 emissions to help tackle climate change. E10 petrol is already commonly used in Australia, the USA, and across Europe. Any vehicle not compatible with E10 petrol will still be able to use E5 petrol by purchasing 'Super' or premium grade petrol from most filling station.
All filling stations should relabel their pumps with E5 or E10. Diesel fuelled vehicles are unaffected by this introduction.
For the older/Classic MGs please make sure you choose “Super” or premium.
